Mr. Rushikesh Takle holds a B.Tech degree and brings strong technical knowledge along with 5+ years of practical industrial experience. Following the footsteps of his father, Mr. Tukaram Takle, he actively contributes to the family venture and plays a key role in the company’s growth.
He is responsible for managing operational activities across both manufacturing units, coordinating with contractors and employees to ensure smooth production. He also oversees manufacturing continuity, dispatch operations, and procurement, effectively applying his technical knowledge to improve efficiency and support the company’s progress.
Mr. Samarjit Singh Ahluwalia has 20+ years of experience in logistics, industrial operations, and supply chain management. He has worked with manufacturing companies in roles covering marketing, finance, warehouse management, and dispatch operations across various parts of India. In 2015, he started his own logistics venture and developed his own fleet operations. Known for his strong customer relationship skills and prompt problem-solving approach, he has built long-term business relationships across the country.
Mr. Tukaram Takle is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in heavy fabrication and engineering works. Known for his strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, he has successfully handled complex engineering challenges and delivered practical solutions in demanding project environments. Starting his career from humble beginnings, Mr. Takle built his journey through dedication, hard work, and technical excellence. Today, he leads a multi-crore turnover organization with two operational plants, reflecting his strong leadership and entrepreneurial vision.
Over the years, he has successfully completed more than 300 projects across India, particularly in the fields of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Solar Power Projects. His work also includes pump installations, civil infrastructure works, and large-scale engineering projects in various regions of the country.
Mr. Takle has earned a reputation as a trusted and highly demanded contractor in Maharashtra Government projects, especially in the Water Treatment Plant sector. His deep understanding of project execution, engineering design, and site management has contributed significantly to the successful delivery of numerous government and private sector projects.
In addition to his expertise in mechanical and fabrication work, Mr. Takle also has extensive experience in the electrical domain, including projects involving HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) power lines.
